Test Engineer:
Familiarity with
tools like Cyara, Occam, SIPp, Load testing tools, Contact center call flows
and routing validation.
Proven
experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
Strong knowledge
of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in
project management and QA methodology.
Devops:
Core experience
in Azure, DevOps Pipeline, Release Pipeline, Terraform, Java, Python or Node
JS, Ansible programming languages.
Strong working
knowledge of web development and associated technologies.
Solid working
experience on API.
Experience in
creating tools, scripts, and automation with at least of the following:
PowerShell, Python, Ruby, and Bash.
Developer:
Working experience
in Genesys Cloud contact center platform.
Experience
working with Division, Queue, Schedule, Scheduled Groups, Call Routing and DID
Management.
Experience
working with Trunks, Site, Telephony and BYOC (Bring your own carrier).
Deep
understanding on Architect Call Flow and In-queue Call Flow, user prompt and
system prompt.
