Job Summary:
This role is a
Temp position as backfill to cover long leave for a FTE for nine months period.
This role will be responsible to provide operational support to functional
leader of Investment Compliance and Senior Managers. The incumbent will be a
collaborative key member of staff working both on a one-to-one basis with the
functional leader and on a broader basis with internal stakeholders regionally
and globally.
Key responsibilities/Duties:
Manage Rewards
& Recognition Program for Compliance and Legal Functions
Support
logistics in Talent Acquisition space, as required.
Maintain
corporate information of Compliance and Legal Functions like: org chart,
contact details, HR metrics, etc.
Coordinate
logistics related to Graduate Recruitment Program for investment compliance
department.
Plan and execute
staff engagement activities for relevant teams
Periodic
preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external
meetings/projects.
Work with
Learning & Development department, leadership team and vendor(s) to manage
various training programs for the team.
Manage inbound
travel of Executive Leadership from regional offices end to end including
finalising agenda for visit, logistics in and outside office, setting up
meetings, etc.
Work Timings:
Timing would be
11:00am to 8:00pm IST however this might change as per business requirement
from time to time.
Work Experience/Knowledge:
Proven track
record of performing such duties for a similar organization in the financial
services industry.
Proven track
record of supporting senior leaders.
2 to 3 years of
relevant experience in the financial services industry.
Formal Education:
Bachelors or
Masters degree in HR area
Competencies/Attributes:
Excellent verbal
and written communication skills.
Decent project
coordination skills.
Proficiency on
MS Office suite of applications specially making visually impactful powerpoint
presentations.
Ability to
multitask and prioritize.
Excellent
organizational skills.
Excellent time
management.
