Role: Salesforce Veeva CRM

Job Description:

Veeva CRM Tech Lead:

·         Experience in Life Sciences, CRM business processes.

·         5+ years of experience in Veeva CRM and total 10+ years’ experience in CRM.

·         Strong understanding and experience in implementing various CRM functional areas: Territory Alignment, KAM, Customer Management, CLM, KOL Management, Events Management, Sample Management, Order Management, Multi-Channel Content, Target List/ Cycle Plan, ToT Management, Veeva specific modules (Approved Email, Engage, Co-Browse).

·         Strong hands on experience on Veeva CRM.

·         Drive and lead end to end solutioning of Veeva CRM platform implementation and roll-outs.

·         Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs within the value chain segment at global LS companies.

·         Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancements.

·         Strong customer management experience (presentations, consulting, functional solutions, emerging trends, key business drivers, etc.).

·         Enable mentoring and training on CRM platform and functional area for engagement teams.

 

Veeva CRM Developer:

·         3+ years of experience in Veeva CRM and total 5+ years’ experience in CRM.

·         Technical hands-on experience in modules: Territory Alignment, KAM, Customer Management, CLM, KOL Management, Events Management, Sample Management, Order Management, Multi-Channel Content, Target List/ Cycle Plan, ToT Management, Veeva specific modules (Approved Email, Engage, Co-Browse).

·         Design & develop Veeva CRM integration solutions.

·         Design & develop Veeva CRM platform solution.

·         Onsite/Offshore co-ordination.
