Job Description

 

        Technical lead profile

 

a.  Experience - 7-9 years of solid experience in C# coding/ designing as well as WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).

b.         Good knowledge and experience on WPF is mandatory.

c.         Should work independently and able to manage 1-2 junior resources

d.         Responsible for unit testing, debugging and guiding the resources under him/her

e.         Should have customer interaction experience

f.         Responsible for periodic update on development activities and sharing the weekly/monthly reports with client

g.         Should be independent, proactive & self-starter
