Job Description
·
Attending request received on BFL IT HELPDESK as first level
technician for SFDC application.
·
Communicating with BFL End users of the SFDC application through
phone/email to provide resolution on the requests.
·
User management - Creation of User ID's and mapping with their
respective hierarchy.
·
Analysing the critical issues of the SFDC application on the first
level and raising the same to the vendor team.
·
Daily helpdesk request received vs closed report preparation and
publishing to stake holders
·
Monitoring the various Health Check reports to ensure smooth
working of SFDC application.
·
Knowledge of Customer Acquisition and Loan Management application
is preferred.
