Coordinate
with engineering team to receive and understand the approved Engineering
Changes (ECOs). `
·
Coordinate with Cross Functional Team on the Project phase deliverables,
milestones, risks and dependencies. Anticipate bottlenecks, explore
contingencies and engage escalation management for risk factors
·
Extract Engineering Changes (ECOs) from PLM system as the input
for Breakpoint meeting (Engineering change Implementation)
·
Manage the scheduling of engineering changes by taking into
account the constraints of the stakeholders.
·
Pilot and scheduling meeting with all the departments involved in
Breakpoint processes.
·
Expertise in handling complex changes, and capable of complex
scheduling.
·
Ensure all key activities are considered in Breakpoint
implementation plan.
·
Ensure proper Co- ordination in Breakpoint implementation meeting
with business affected areas like Purchase, Designers, and Vendors &
Production Engineering to ensure successful implementation of the change at
production sites in stipulated period.
·
Ensure trials and validations are completed as planned to
implement the Breakpoint on time.
·
Ensure supplier tooling and process is completed for production trial
with the help of Development Engineer.
·
Co-ordinate across production shops in the plant for
implementation of linked modifications (Set adoption changes).
·
Review all Engineering Changes (ECOs) status periodically and
clear roadblocks if any.
