Job Description

 

L1 JD : 24/7  24/7 flexible to work , monitoring and analysis is first priority , no configuration is required for L1(Certification mandatory),Certified Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic monitoring tools

Knowledge of performance management scripts, reading of code / method / stack

Banking Domain knowledge

Understanding of IT performance measurement key indicators and understanding of event correlation

 

Technical skills:

Technical script writing

Monitoring performance parameters

Knowledge of Application monitoring tools like Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic, Splunk etc(Professional Certifications on Appdynamics and Dynatrace is a must)

Soft skill: Good Interpersonal communication & presentation skills
