Job Description
RTH-Y SCCM Threshold Band - 8 Note: Resource has to work from office
from day 1
· Provide L3 support for SCCM 2012 with good understanding of the SCCM
infrastructure including Primary site, Secondary site, site server, sites,
boundaries, replication etc.
· Managing and Troubleshooting the SCCM 2012 hierarchy
· Responsible for software distribution across the hierarchy
· Responsible for patching Lync infrastructure servers
· Responsible for patching AD, DNS, DHCP, SCOM and SCCM Servers.
· Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, health checks &
remediation of SCCM client
· Knowledge of OSD Task sequence troubleshooting and providing RCA
for OSD failure by analyzing logshttps://talentflow.in/greybox/w_close.png
· Responsible for Managing Active Directory Groups and its memberships
· Resolve clients day to day software and hardware issues ensuring minimum
downtime Configuring, Managing & Troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop as per
company Standards, Policies and Guidelines.
· Troubleshooting SCCM client issue, Application deployment on client from
Software Center.
· Managing, Configuring & Troubleshooting Network Infrastructure
· Managing & Configuring / Troubleshooting client side Printers.
· Troubleshoot all Hardware and Software problems at customers end.
· Mitigated and corrected misconfigured SCCM Site Configuration
· Managing SUP Synchronization, SUP Groups and its deployments.
· Co-ordination with packaging team for identification and removal of
unwanted applications
· Responsible for software distribution & deployment across the
hierarchy & to End User Systems.
· Responsible for deploying third party and client specific application
across the hierarchy.
· Involved in deploying Aruba NAC Agent and assisted in the remediation
process
· Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, health checks &
remediation of SCCM client.
