1. Job Description
Good knowledge on Operating System which includes Windows, Macintosh & Chrome.
2. Deployment (End User Devices): Deployment is whole unit replacements for PC unit, VDI terminal, laptop and monitor Items. Installation of IT peripherals like Monitor, Terminals, Keyboard, Mouse, Various cables.. etc, etc..
3. Deployment: Install new equipment, de-install, move and re-install existing equipment. Connect new or moved equipment to the JPMC network to ensure connectivity. Perform limited operational verification equipment testing to ensure functionality. Work with IMACD Coordinator to support IMACD activities at assigned locations. Report IMACD issues to site Team Lead and IMACD Coordinator as they occur.
4. Voice/Data (Vendor Escort): Escort the vendors for any Patch room related activity. Enabling voice/data ports against user request.
5. Office Cabling: Escort the vendors for any cabling related activity. Rectifying faulty ports against user request.
6. Asset Management: Asset Procurement, Deployment, Maintenance & disposal.
7. Good knowledge on ticketing tool.
8. Store room management: (Monitors/Desktops/Laptops/Phones..etc, etc) - Equipment?s Procured to be Tracked and assigning them to the end users. All details of the assets has to be tracked and updated on the inventory file.
9. We operate 24/7, candidate should be ready to work in multiple shifts and weekends as required.
10. Candidate should be ready to work from any of the JPMC offices. (located at : Prestige Tech Park Kadubesanahalli, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Embassy Golf Links Business Park Domlur, Embassy Tech Village - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd.)
11. Candidate will not have a dedicated location, will have to operate from all the location as required.
12. Transport: Currently Shuttle and cab services will be available from home to office and vice versa.
13. This isn?t a Remote Support, Application Support, Server Monitoring?, Virtualization or Work From Home job. Presence is required in office all the time.
