RPA Developer- Analyst
The team
This role is part of the Business Systems team which is part of the Government & Public sector. The team is responsible for designing and driving different solutions for different teams at different levels. With a focus on innovation, we continuously seek ways to enhance and optimize existing deliverables and create new solutions. The team is uniquely positioned in practice to identify and implement next-generation solutions. Professionals in this process are responsible for assessment, design, development, testing, enhancement, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and support of new or existing tools and applications. The team drives the implementation of end-to-end solutions and analysis that provide our clients and leadership with the consumable information and insight they need to drive better business decisions, and address challenges.
Work you?ll do
- Independently design, develop, test, and implement simple to complex automation solutions per business requirements.
- Develop reusable components, scripts and frameworks that drive efficiency for future projects.
- Work with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and clarify requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and resolution of bugs and document changes as appropriate.
- Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize robot uptime and utilization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software.
- Facilitating the proper participation and socialization of change requests.
- Acting as the voice of the business in ITS development "sprints"
- Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
- Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
- Document process automation design and technical documentation to support the development of accounting and finance process automation.
- Works with project management, team members and client personnel to complete the updating/review of testing procedures, assessment of testing exceptions, providing testing review feedback and support in the development of remediation activities with project management and team for operating effectiveness issues.
- Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients? issues
- Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions with subject matter experts
- Maintain production system reliability through the utilization of the Change Management process
- Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
- Strong work experience in VB Script, Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, Python and should have utilized this skill set in multiple projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere
Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
Ability to consult and direct on clients? needs for automation centered around business processes
Experience in process design and process improvement experience a plus
Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Ability to work in a virtual team environment
Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job
Familiarity with agile project methodology
Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
Key Skills
UiPath Certified Developer
Experience in UiPath, good knowledge on Java or .Net,
Experience on working with different applications
Finance business knowledge is added advantage but not mandatory
