As IT Support Engineer cum Language Expert,you are responsible to work as an Interpreter closely with the Spanish Speaking Leaders, Spanish Speaking User & English-Speaking Engineers to solve the problem.
Need to translate documents or communication mails or User query from Spanish to English and vice-versa.Need to learn IBM L1 IT Support process and resolve the customer issues accordingly.
