Roles and Responsibility

  • Role: SAP PP Consultant

     

    Location: Chennai

     

    Exp level: 7 to 9 Yrs

     

    Description:

     

    • 1.         Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
    • 2.         MPS and MRP knowledge and working skills mandatory.
    • 3.         Design, customize, configure and testing of PP.
    • 4.         Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
    • 5.         Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
    • 6.         Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
    • 7.         Document functional designs, test cases and results.
    • 8.         Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
    • 9.         Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP.
    • 10.         Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide. appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
    • 11.         Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
    • 12.         Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
    • 13.         Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
    • 14.         Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
    • 15.         Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
