Roles and Responsibility

  • Bachelors level degree from a recognized university required.

    •  3+ years? relevant experience in supply chain planning solutions implementation or IT supporting role preferably with OMP but other solutions (e.g Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP) will be considered
    • Candidates with prior experience in CPG industry will be given preference.
    • Candidate must have a prior experience in ERP enabled digital transformation and must be a Business & Technology champion in at least one of the following areas: MPS & Detailed Scheduling, DRP,  Inventory or Materials planning
    • Experience of a function area in a user support role, e.g. supply chain planning or a track record as a support analyst in OMP
    • Candidate must have an understanding of end-to-end supply planning processes.
    • Experience in working with Interfaces, workflows and data management/data migration is required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in global environment.
    • ITIL and Help Desk experience.
    • Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast moving and complex work environment and be willing to learn.
    • Work under strict timelines and time pressures.
