  • Job Description

    Exp- 3 to 4years

    Np- 15days to Immediate 


    Process  design, Process Governance, Process Improvement, Process Adherence

     Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, adaptability to work with people from various cultures & areas of business.

    •   Good with HR metrics
    •   Very detail oriented, proactive and organized with strong technology and Microsoft office skills
    •   Ability to translate data into business insights through strong analytical and conceptual skills
    •   Auditing the compliances
    •   Excellent presentation, and communication skills ? both verbal and written, fluent English (speaking and writing skills)
    •   Masters degree with 3- 5 Years experience in HR Generalist role Exposure to HR Life Cycle Process, Analytics and Reporting.
    •   Proficient in MS excel / power point / word Collaboration with involved workstreams and HRBPs
    •   Exposure to HR Life Cycle Process, Analytics and Reporting.
    •   Systematic and process-oriented approach
    •   Continuous improvement mindset
    •   Able to work independently and as part of a team.
