What We are looking for


  • Position Summary The MDM Analyst supports Global Customer Operations systems and processes impacting customer intelligence data, account firmographics and territory assignment.
  • In this capacity, it will be necessary to engage in account stewardship activities including in-depth research and discovery, ongoing account and hierarchy maintenance, and system support.
  • Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization to improve overall customer account quality.
  • Responsible for recommending strategies to enhance master data management (MDM) practices and participate in projects to implement and analyze data from acquisitions and third party sources.
  • Primary Duties / Responsibilities 
  • Leverage reports to identify accounts requiring stewardship based on prioritization set forth by our internal customers 
  • Engage in research activities utilizing third party vendors and available public information to determine account firmographics and legal/hierarchical relationships ? Edit and maintain data in MDM application 
  • Support Global Customer Operations team requests and meet all agreed upon SLAs 
  • Assist in the production of key performance indicators and analysis 
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis 
  • Create reports and presentations 
  • Summarize progress on assigned project tasks and any highlighted issues or obstacles encountered for weekly status reports.
