Role Summary:
Position involves a role that is responsible for implementation of SCPO application with good knowledge on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of BY products. These include independently handling the Supply chain planning and optimization implementation and provide solution to technical/functional issues. It also includes guiding, training and mentoring the solution team to make them self reliant.
Role Details:
- Should have good working knowledge in the Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of BY products.
- Preferable to have implementation experience on Supply Chain Planning &Optimization Suite of BY products. Candidates will operational support background experience can be considered based on merit
- Candidate should have good operational knowledge of the application configurations and its business use
- Should have working knowledge of control-m batch scheduling tool and understand batch processing design and SLA?s.
- Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates
- Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledge base
- Responsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project.
- Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency.
- Should have awareness of IT processes and should be compliant in following the Incident/ Problem and release management process.
General Skills and Requirements (all levels):
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or master?s degree in computer applications or any other equivalent technical field.
Technical Stack
- OS Unix-RHEL, Windows 2008R2 and above.
- RDBMS Oracle 11g and above and SQL 2012 and above
- Knowledge of SFTP, AS2
- Programming - Knowledge of core Java and C++ is an advantage
- Scripting - Perl, Shell, Python is desirable not mandatory
- Scheduling tools knowledge & Control-M is preferred one
- Communication
- Associate has good English language Skills both verbal and written
- Associate has expert customer service/phones skills - Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and dealing with difficult customers
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting.
- Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills.

- Must have experience on BY SCPO suite (Manugistics ? Networks Demand, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor)
- Nice to have & Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skills

?Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as project and system availability requirements demand
?Should be ready for short term travel to customer location during implementation phase of the project
