Duties

- Responsible for mock up, development, implementation, and roll out of automated Risk reports for the ORM organization
- Work directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
- Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
- Design, develop and accelerate the build of key risk dashboards
- Provide procedures and a production support framework for newly built applications or processes
- Communicate project goals and status throughout the life-cycle of the project
Skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in report automation and dashboarding
- Possess the skill to creatively solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction
- Proven ability to capture and document end-user requirements; demonstrated project management skills
- Able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible
- Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations and translate into step sequences that can be implemented using ETL tools
- Highly developed analytical skills with advanced automation experience using VBA
- Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics
- Hands-on experience with data modelling and BI tools ( e.g. Alteryx, Tableau & SQL)
Education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 2-3 years of reporting, automation and dashboarding experience
- Experience in Operations financial services role
