      We are inviting applications for the role of Technology Services Modernization Lead

      In this role, you will be responsible for the following -


      Responsibilities

      •  Gathering requirements, development, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for Tech Services Transitions team
      •  Gathering data from various sources and visualization in Power BI
      •  Well versed in advance excel, managing complex data sets and summarizing the data for client and executive reviews
      •  Building workflows in Power automate, RPA, Macros, Mail merge, etc. to automate and perform day-to-day manual activities seamlessly
      •  Develop assets in Power Apps or similar technologies
      •  Content creation such as PowerPoint presentations, project plans, etc.
      •  Open to acquire new technical skills for driving digitization and efficiency for Tech Services Transitions team
      •  Stakeholder management - Manage multiple internal cross functional teams
      •  Understand Client Tech Services Offerings landscape and strategy
      •  Regular and effective updates with proactive mind-set


      Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum qualifications

      •  Bachelor of Computer Science or Equivalent degree
      •  Preferred qualifications
      •  10+ Experience in Modernization or Operations Transformation using various automation tools and analytical design thinking
      •  Must be well versed in Power BI, Power Apps, Advance Excel, Advance PowerPoint, Macros, Visio, Word, RPA, and other automation tools
      •  Experience with data management (data quality, data lineage, data mapping)
      •  Appetite to learn and grow
      •  Excellent communication skills
