Roles and Responsibility
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Experience - 3.0 Years and Minimum 2.5+ Years Experience in UI Path Development
- Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using UIpath RPA tools/ technology
- Develop objects and common libraries, ensuring they are easily maintainable, easy to understand, and reusable.
- Ensure quality of designed workflow by performing thorough testing and ensuring that configuration control is maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process to design the automation solution and documentation of the design
- Comply with and help enforce design standards, policies and procedures
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
- Report status, issues and risks on a regular basis
- Coordinate work effort in partnership with a team of local or remote SMEs (functional / operations) to support the delivery of projects
- Play the role of a change agent and constantly seeking, sharing & implementing best practices
Qualifications
- Technical/Bachelor?s Degree in field of Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- UIPath RPA advanced certification
Experience & Capabilities
- 1- 2 years of relevant hands-on automation experience using UI Path RPA tool
- Working knowledge of coding languages including but not limited to.NET, Java, VBA, Excel Macros & SQL etc
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationship using formal and informal networking skills
- Experience in working in a matrix environment in partnership with members from various parts of the organization to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently
- Strong and open communicator using both verbal and written modes ? shares ideas and experiences, actively involves people
- Fluency in English
