  • Job Description

    Supply Chain Management

    Exp - 3 to 6years

    Np -15days to immediate 


    Supply chain experience - Dealing with suppliers, Negotiations ? Pricing, Contracts

    RFQ process- Pricing analysis

    Communication - written & oral

    SAP

    • Handling PO exceptions such as follow up with Suppliers on Overdue PO confirmations and overdue goods receipt. Reporting deviations such as delivery date, quantity, price to management.
    • Participates in negotiation strategy development and lead the competitive negotiation process with suppliers.
    • Negotiate and execute agreements (along with Legal team). Extract and tracker the contractual obligations systematically by categorizing the criticality and priority on business impact.
    • Facilitates onboarding and contracts with new vendor.
    • Conduct Supplier performance reviews ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Helping clients to get the orders on time with effective communication with professional service.
    • Manage analysis to scope and prioritize new sourcing opportunities.
    • Maintain records of goods ordered and received data.
