Roles and Responsibility

  • Job Description

    Quantity Surveying Management

    Exp - 6 to 10years

    Np- 15days to Immediate 


    Knowledge of Project commercial & contract Management ( Pricing

    & estimation &Vendor )

    Work on Delay notification & Liquidated damages

    Knowledge of Excel , Word & Power Point

    Prepare work category or sub-category wise budget cost plan.

    Hand on Earthwork and Shore piling, Core & Shell, Finishing Work,

    Faade Work, Development Packages, BOI Trade Packages,

    Contingency, Escalation and Project Infra quantity estimation for

    detailed cost plan.

     Prepare rate analysis of all items according to the current material and

    labor rates.

    •  Checking of Budget Working w.r.t Cost Indices and Thumb rule.
    •  Coordination with client for value engineering if required.
    •  Preparation of work order manual draft.
    •  Checking of Contractor/Vendors Bills and Preparation of payment
    • certificate manual draft.
    •  Tender VS GFC working if any changes due to design change and
    • preparation of variation order based on tender vs GFC quantification.
    • Tendering & Comparatives based on technical and commercial bid.
    •  Hands on experience on ERP system :
