IT PMO
Exp - 8 to 15years
Np - 15days to Immediate
Education Qualifications: Minimum of Engineering degree or masters preferred in Computer Science or related stream (Degree through distance education is not preferred)
Other Preferences: ITIL Certification, PMP & Scrum certifications will get additional preference
Work Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of experience as IT Infrastructure & Project Management
Required Skills:
1. Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams
2. Good working knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery process & Cloud setup, migration, or upgrades
3. Mandatory to have good fundamental and working knowledge in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
4. Must have managed a DR setup or equivalent project in last 1-2 years
5. Proven records of managing infrastructure projects of short or long terms
6. Must have managed at least one IT infra setup project for a new office or managed major parts of it
7. Must have clear understanding of every component of complete IT infrastructure
8. Should have engaged multiple vendors and work with them simultaneously
9. Good in negotiation skills
10. Must be able to prepare project documentation and status reports on time per requirement
11. Good knowledge on Information Security and common best practices required in infrastructure setup/projects
12. Automation and best practice implementation get high priority and preference
13. Having experience in various cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and IBM Cloud & cloud orchestrators
14. Ability to understand application platforms and their technologies
15. Good to have designed and delivered infrastructure automations
16. Excellent knowledge in process definition, correction and improvements in resolving problems
17. Hands on experience in deploying monitoring solutions for various IT Infrastructure
Responsibilities
1. Will be managing a DR assessment and setup project
2. To engage all the stakeholders and keep them updated using best communication practices
3. Will need to create required project documentations and necessary presentations for the project
4. Will need to manage the schedule, budget and resources well and should be tracking them
5. To maintain issues and risks register and keep this updated
6. To work with vendors and service providers proactively and ensure smooth execution of project
7. Need to work with stakeholders from different regions and conduct meetings with technical and management staff to ensure scope and project schedule are maintained well
8. Need to keep the project information (schedule, budget and issues/risks) up to date and presentable
