Role: Analyst/ Support Officer
Contractual Role for 12 months
Shifts: Mon to Fri- Australian shift (5am-8am login)
Np- 15days to Immediate
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial:
- Support management and business decisions relevant to cost.
- To Maintain High level of efficiency.
Customer:
- Ensure the Service Level Agreements are met.
- Ensure high level of accuracy is maintained.
- Understand and execute Customer request as per process defined.
- Ensure customer correspondences are clear and concise.
- Quickly develop rapport with stakeholders
Process:
- To Maintain a high level of Productivity
- Process and track customer requests in compliance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions.
- Identify problem areas and convey to the Team Leader along with suggested solutions
People:
- To get Cross skilled within and outside the team as per requirement.
- Self-Development by participating in training & Development as per requirement identified by Line Managers
Risk/compliance/behaviours:
- Ensure 100% RAF compliance.
- Ensure to understand basics of banking and basic compliance requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate/Post graduate – Commerce (Bcom, BBA, Mcom, MBA)
- Good knowledge on banking or financial sector
- Strong in Communication – Written & Verbal (English)
- Good Logical & Reasoning Ability
- Good Computer Skills – MS Office, keyboard skills
