        Sales Operations Specialist

        Communication Expert & Business Support

        This position is for CS Quality Business Operations and the primary charter is to drive critical business Support and preparing communications by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic plans, and monitoring progress towards achieving goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management abilities, and an understanding of organizational communication and culture.


        Responsibilities:

        • The person identified is also responsible for collaborating with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and execute strategic plans.
        • Identified person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
        • Person should have a solid understanding of business and financial concepts and be able to use data and metrics to inform decision-making.
        • Develop and manage internal communication campaigns and programs to support employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

         

        Education/Experience Required:

        • Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, administration, finance, economics, or related field
        • 2-4 years? experience in the combination of Communication Expert & Business Support in an IT environment

         

        Knowledge & Skills:

        • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills,
        • Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships across different levels of the organization.
