Roles and Responsibility

  • 1.        Job Description



    • Coordinates Propulsion System team during Bulletin studies phase, interacting with Planning and VEMO teams
    • 2.         Ensures communication between the Propulsion System team and Platforms and Top Hats CVE Teams
    • 3.         To lead field quality issues to ensure robust problem solving approach deployed for issue resolution
    • 4.         Manage the complete development of the systems consistently with the quality, performance, timing and cost targets assigned
    • 5.         Addresses the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the program.
    • 6.         Oversees availability / representativeness of the test objects approved in CAPEX
    • 7.         Monitors the application plans (hardware) and consistency with the development timing
    • 8.         Monitoring and tracking of all vehicle KPI during the project development
    • 9.         Coordinates the Propulsion System team in order to meet the BOM and changes management process requirements
    • 10.         Oversees remotely in vehicle plant build stages and the start of production
    • 11.         Monitoring the calibrations, hardware plans and consistency with the development timing of the vehicle model
    • 12.         Reporting of work in progress, risk management issues and problem solving
    • 13.         Attends and contributes to board reviews and other relevant meetings with plant, customers and suppliers
