Job Title: Global L&D - Learning Administrator
Job Location: Pune
Duration: 6 months (hybrid model - contractor will be required to be in NT Pune office 8 days a month (2 times a week) at a minimum sometimes more depending upon the work) (HM is fine to hire a nonlocal candidates as well but they should relocate for sure and be based of Pune to work from onsite)

Project Overview:
IT Learning & development Team organizes learning for all IT partners across North America, EMEA, APAC. Contractor will be a part of this team.
Contractor's Role:
The Learning Administrator is a critical addition to the global IT L&D team aimed at ensuring accurate reporting of learning metrics and LMS administration for NT University and other learning platforms. In short, the role directly impacts the global IT L&D team?s ability to deliver the desired stakeholder learning experience.
Experience: Level 1 (2-4 ys)
Qualifications: Any Bachelor?s Degree
Must have skills:
- Excellent English verbal, written and communications skills - Advanced
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Intermediate / Advanced
- Candidate should have ability to learn.
- Candidate should have ability to take feedback.
- Candidate should have problem solving ability.
Nice to Haves:
Exposure to Saba or any LMS will be a plus
Tasks & responsibilities:
Reporting into the Global IT L&D Practice Lead, the Learning Administrator will be responsible for the following activities. This is a not an exhaustive list. Given the dynamic nature of stakeholder needs the list may change.
Learning Metrics
- Collate, clean and analyze the learning data from multiple monthly reports (across all learning platforms)
- Calculate learning averages
- LMS & General Admin
- Access Management for all Learning platforms
- Related LMS admin tasks
- Maintain and manage learning calendars
- Shared Mailbox Monitoring
- Regular updates to any L&D resources
- Program Admin
- Nominations management
- Liaise with different teams to ensure smooth technical experience for learners
- Management of learning Invites for all programs
- Maintenance of attendance trackers from all programs
Other Responsibilities
- Recording and publishing of minutes of meeting where necessary
- Scheduling vendor calls
- Creation of surveys/MS Forms
- Data Analysis for adhoc requests received by IT L&D
- Any other relevant administrative responsibilities
Reason for Request:

HM interview availability : 11AM to 1PM IST & 2PM to 6PM IST.
