              This Engineer role is to provide end-to-end support for applications like Exchange 2016, Exchange 2019, Exchange online (O365) and Enterprise Vault. Optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions. This role require candidate to provide 24/7 on-call support based on shifts and roaster. You will require intense passion and curiosity for customers/end users and putting them at the centre of everything you do. Work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer/end user?s expectations.

              To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

               

              Certifications on Products

               

              • Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, Microsoft Office 365 ? Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Vault administration, RightFax administration will be add-on preference

               

              Essential skills

               

              • Hands-on experience in administering  M365, Exchange Online (O365), Exchange 2016/2019 hybrid environments
              • Strong hands experience on Exchange Hybrid Email routing (Edge Sync, Edge Relay, AD Dag Site Based Routing)
              • Strong knowledge and technical understanding managing and maintain Exchange 2016/2019 DAG Environment
              • Hands on Experience on Mailbox migration from On-premises to Exchange online and Vice versa
              • Knowledge and technical understanding of Enterprise Vault administration.
              • Knowledge on Azure AD user management, Active Directory, DNS, Windows cluster, IIS and SQL.
              • Good understanding of Networking, Load balancer and VOIP.
              • In depth knowledge on Scripting and coding with PowerShell, Python etc.
              • Candidate should have good understanding & follow Incident, Change and Problem management process.
              • Strong analytical skills should be able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment.
              • Strong analytical skills should be able to assess and solve Outlook client issues and reduce the incident trend permanently

               

              Skills Good to have:

               

              • Knowledge and technical understanding of Email Security gateway (EOP), Fireeye will be add-on preference
              • Knowledge and technical understanding of Compliance Retentions, Legal Hold, eDiscovery
              • Hold strong understanding of Active Directory, Replication, AAD connect and Azure AD Sync will be add-on preference
              • Understanding and knowledge of Line Of business Application (SMTP,IMAP,POP,EWS)
              • Knowledge on Enterprise Vault Archiving, Journaling both On-premises & Exchange Online Journaling
              • Knowledge on Rightfax email routing

              Understanding and knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V platforms

               

              Responsibilities:

               

              • Support patch and release management by installing Microsoft Exchange CU upgrade, Security Updates &  Windows Security Patches
              • Perform technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange 2016/2019 issues
              • Analyse technical problems and create solutions
              • Assist and Support Project related request
              • Managing and maintaining Public folder and support request
              • Monitor Microsoft SCOM alert proactively respond, analyse and troubleshoot
              • Monitor & Track incidents
              • Monitor Daily Exchange Health check reports
              • Reduce daily based manual job by automation/scripts

               

               

              Relevant Experiences

               

              • Candidate should have 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Exchange environment and manage end to end BAU support.
              • Candidate should be able to handle escalation in Exchange environment.
