QUALITY CONVERGENCE PILOT

- Reports to Quality Manager Serial Life Projects
MAIN MISSIONS
To animate the convergence of the finished Vehicles quality indicators :
- IQA/IQF/EQE
- RAF/QIU
FUNCTIONAL RELATIONS
External of the Group:
- Suppliers (presentation of defects, sensitizing/explaining the challenges of convergence ?)
- Service Providers (driving tests, analysis?)
KNOWLEDGE AND NECESSARY KNOWHOW :
- Dominant formation and /or necessary experience:
- - General knowledge of the Car (design and manufacturing)
- - Knowledge of the operational processes of project management/Quality field, in particular of the IQA and IQF
- Necessary knowledge related to the realization of the mission, the fundamental ones:
- - Capacity of animation
- - Rigour
- - Knowledge of the computer tools: office tools
- - Tool for piloting of the treatment of quality convergence (TITAN), Tool for piloting of the treatment of anomalies (ALTIS/PLM Issue)
- Necessary foreign language if international or partnership Project : English
CARRIED ON ACTIVITIES :
- Animation of the convergence of the quality indicators: IQA, IQF, RAF/RRU, QAU, and contribution with the RMIQ to IQE, DVx and CoreIQx.
- - To prepare each phase for the Convergence field: plan of detection, quality week, specific organization
- - To be the interface with the teams which make the concerned quality measurements (DAPF, QD, QCP according to measurements and phases)
- - To guarantee the update of TITAN base (defects detected, photographs to understand the defect?)
- - To organise the presentation of the defects IQA, IQF, RAF/RRU and QAU to the actors of the project and to ensure the link with the DVx and CoreIQx.
- - To set up the organization allowing the provision of the vehicles for analysis.
- - To determine the piloting of the questions and to ensure their taking into account, by checking in particular the correct information of the solutions (allowing reliable forecasts) and by providing the interface with Platform and Modules entities.
- - To prepare the Referential Commissions with QD. To contribute to the rework and modernizations commissions.
- - To set up the indicators of piloting Convergence, to ensure the follow-up and the communication to the RQP and the project.
ENTRUSTED RESPONSIBILITIES
- The QUALITY CONVERGENCE pilot is responsible of :
- - Parameter setting of the TITAN base in dialogue with the support entities
- - Construction of the plan of detection in connection with the RMP, of the quality week with Planning and the respect of the realization of the plan of measurements which takes account of the priorities (including the follow-up of the vehicles to be measured).
- - Update in real time of the TITAN base
- - Attack of the IQA, IQF, RAF/RRU, QAU objectives and contribution to IQE, DVx and CoreIQx
- - Diffusion of the synthesis of the Convergence results and associated technical facts and Highlight of the hard points (birthrates, repetitions, not kept promises?)
AUTONOMY LEVEL
- The Quality Convergence pilot evaluates which work needs to be accomplished by the adaptation of the standard of each activity to the specific constraints of the Project within a general time assigned and organizes his work and that of IQA/IQF pilots stage by stage to achieve the objectives (cf entrusted responsibilities)
FORMATION
- In complement, the Quality Convergence pilot carries out an experience feedback (lesson learned) of his activity for the trade Quality and contributes to enrich the standards of project management.
SAFETY-CONFIDENTIALITY
- Safety of the people and the goods: respect of the security instructions on its workplace (Project space, prototype workshop and Final Factory)
- Data subjected to discretion: application of the rules of confidentiality of the Project team with respect to the sensitive informations : Operational Standard of Development of the Project, technical perimeter of the vehicle, digital style datas,?
