Job Description

 

Job Title: Manager : IAM Sales & ERCS network Development Entity : PAIPL

Department: sales & marketing

Mission

  • -         The network development manager will report to the Director -IAM business
  • -         The Network Development Manager will analyze regional development opportunities and implement effective strategies that ensure proper brand representation in identified markets
  • -         Manage issues related to all ERCS Licenses, commercial policies,
  • -         Proactively work with the Network teams to develop their business and customer experience processes
  • -         Implementations of new franchise agreements, including Trademark license, Network Commercial Policy and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
  • -         Implementation of ERCS performance upgrades through facility expansions, process streamlining; Purchase Loyalty rate;
  • -         Present and counsel new ERCS on performance metrics such as profitability, sales and customer experience metrics
  • -         Manage & motivate the Network development team to achieve the targets & KPIs
  • -         Devise, launch & manage marketing and Incentive campaigns for the network

 

Responsibilities

 

Network D?velopment / Compliance/ Commercial Policy:

 

  • -         Manage Market Study analysis to determine optimum outlet count and preferred locations. Review and
  •    Recommend markets, prospect and site selection for expanding franchise operations.
  • -        Manage national ERCS & ERR on-boarding activities including the development of Proposal, Packages for Letter of Understanding, Letter of Intent, Agreement packages & Franchise on-Boarding Binder for new ones, & renewals.
  • -         Manage process and prepare documents for Franchise termination.
  • -         Oversee and manage activities related to implementation and adherence to the ERCS & ERR License Program
  • -         Manage network performance oversight & reports necessary for network performance tracking in conjunction with Sales Field  Operations
  • -         Coordinate with Sales Field Operations the activities related to network improvement and/or replacement of poor performing dealers
  • -         Manage the budgets for network Support Program, and other programs that may arise. Provide the accruals for these budgets to Accounting on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.
  • -         Oversee Business Management activities of dealer network ? timely financial statement submission,  Information Network
  • -         Coordinate a weekly meeting to review department activities, provide Weekly reports and other reports as required by management.
  • -         Other duties as assigned or required.

 Qualification / Professional Experience / Skills required

 

  • -         A Bachelor's degree
  • -         Experience in the part aftermarket
  • -         5 years of experience in automotive IAM sales or network development with proven ability to deliver premier dealers in planned markets and identify desirable dealer investors
  • -         Strong background in franchise network aspect of the auto industry, retail dealer operations and dealer financials
  • -         Understand franchise law and terminology, lease/purchase agreements and realty functions
  • -         Proven skills to analyze dealer representation in the marketplace
  • -         Creatively think to build the network, develop sound network market proposals, strong dealer negotiation abilities and follow through
  • -         Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • -         Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set
  • -         Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • -         Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities
