Roles and Responsibility

  • Job Description :

     

    4+ years working  experience in Hyperion Technical Support and administration.

    Np- 15days to Immediate

     

    • 1.         Sound Knowledge in Hyperion Installation & Configuration activities in a distributed environment.
    • 2.         Sound Knowledge on EPM issue troubleshooting.
    • 3.         Sound knowledge on EPM Performance tuning activities
    • 4.         Sound knowledge on EPM patching activities
    • 5.         Fair knowledge on Windows administration activities.
    • 6.         Sound Knowledge on EPM infrastructure administration activities.
    • 7.         Good knowledge on working on Linux environments. Working experience on Exalytics environment will be an added advantage.
    • 8.         Fair knowledge on Linux scripting, windows scripting, PowerShell scripting, batch scheduler.
    • 9.         Sound knowledge on L2 support activities including incident management, change management, PBI etc.
    • 10.         Good Stakeholder communication and Team co-ordination skills.
    • 11.         Flexibility to work in weekends and extended hours during business critical requirements.
