Gartner Function point analyst
Exp - 5 to 8years
Np- 15days to Immediate
Looking for Gartner Function point analyst.
Must have skills-
Experience with Analysing software deliveries using Garter Fast Function Points
Knowledge of IFPUG and SNAP points
Experience in calculating KPIs based on Gartner FFPA points
Experience of preparing the KPI report and presenting it to stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile framework
Knowledge of other methodologies like Story Points
Experience and exposure to delivery tracking tools like JIRA
Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical abilities.
Good to have -
Experience in working in multi-location international teams
Telecom domain experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand products and services
Analyze the stories delivered by product
calculate the FFPs (categorization of stories and calculating FFPs for functional stories)
Get clarifications from delivery (SMs, Architects, Dev leads) wherever required
Peer review of FFPs calculated by the other analyst
Collate other data points eg capacity/efforts, defects
Prepare KPI sheets and calculate KPIs
Prepare KPI Report
Get it uploaded in Tableau and validate uploaded report
Give report walk through (presentation) to stakeholders (Product Owners/Pillar leads)
Help analyzing the trend and identifying areas of improvement.
