Roles and Responsibility

        •  Job Description

          Operation Executive

          Exp - 1 to 2 years

          Np- 15days to Immediate

          Daily Activities :

          • Handling Global Cash Management services (GCMS Plus) and all related registrations in the GCMS Plus.
          • Liaising with Clients for all Online Banking platform related Queries.
          • Documentations
          • Branch Registration
          • Initial Set up at client?s side
          • OTP Token Activation
          • Password Reset

           

          Regular Liasoning with Internal teams for:

           

          • Monitoring the Transaction at Bank Side.
          • For ENS/GNS Registration and Related Queries.
          • For Delivery of OTP Tokens at Client Side.

           

          NACH Operations:

           

          Checking and Confirming the Mandates.

          • Liaoning with V-soft, Deposits Team, ODI, and the Client to carry out smooth process and completion of daily activities.
          • Maintains Master of NACH Mandates Received, Accepted, Rejected etc.

           

          Comsuite Forex

           

          Documentations.

          Branch Registration.

           

          e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS

           

          • Following up with the Clients for LOU.
          • Coordinating with internal teams & customers for initiating the first transaction.
          • Supporting customer on general queries on e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS.
