Finance Management Assistant
Exp - 1 to 3years
Np- 15days to Immediate
Resource should preferably MBA with Finance and/or Tech graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience
He / She should be able to manage following activities;
Project Finance Management - Assist Project Managers in project costing, accounts and reporting, monitor Project costs, spends highlight risks & opportunities to save costs
Cost Management ?
Tracking of Technology cost against the Budget / Forecast.
- Control accrual process and monitor Sundry, Capital WIP, Fixed Assets and Prepaid Accounts on monthly basis.
- Support Vendor management and Governance activities,
- Understand the Principles and Methodology for Technology cost allocations to Business and Perform periodic review of the allocated costs.
- Budgeting & Forecasting ? Provide assistance in building budgets and forecast of Technology Costs.
- Cost Efficiencies ? Drive, Monitor and Track Cost Efficiencies Initiatives
