  • Job Description

    Sr.Design Engineer

    Exp -  5 to 10years

    Np- 15days to Immediate


    Responsibilities:

    •  Capable to handle complete project from concept to manufacturing
    •  Feasibility report for new projects with stake holders
    •  Project management, Reliability engineering,
    •  Brain storming with team to develop new ideas/concept
    •  Develop innovative design/mechanism using CAD tool (Creo 4.0/6.0, Catia, Solid works)
    •  Design and prototype components and sub-assemblies (Sheet metal & Plastic) APQP
    •  Participate in cross-functional design analysis and review
    •  GD&T (Intermediate)
    •  Product validation
    •  Capable to handle small teams
    •  Strong application knowledge
    •  Knowledge on APQP, DFA,DFM,DFMEA & PPAP
    •  Worked in an auto ancillary/component industry
    •  Carryout detailed calculation to verify the design.


    Other Requirements:

     Maintain effective communication with fellow engineers and team members

     Self-motivated learner who contributes to a culture of excellence and lifts the performance of

    the entire team.

    Capable to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet

    deadlines

     Knowledge on various manufacturing process and fabrication process

     Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

     Team player

     Liaising with suppliers & customers

     Calculate cost estimates & BOM

    Education Requirement:  BE Mechanical/Automobile
