Job Description
Network Support Services - NAP
Exp - 3 to 6years
Np- 15days to Immediate
- Monitor the network proactively with tools like NNM and customized scripts
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as per template
- Maintain static IP list and IP address schema for internal & external networks
- Maintain VLAN details of CO/RO network
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and follow escalation matrix till closure of the calls.
- Prepare and maintain inventory of all network devices.
- Prepare and maintain inventory of all network links details.
- All changes in the client environment should be done in coordination with client network team with proper approvals and change management process
- Logging calls, Vendor co-ordination for WAN Links and Network hardware support with respective product vendors or suppliers and tracking till closure.
- Resolution of all network related calls in time, to follow escalation matrix for delayed response form service providers.
- Creating configuration jobs in customer provided tool to roll out mass changes across the network.
- Coordinating with DC & DRC engineers in resolving network related issues of branches
