Job Description
Positions: C++ Developer
Experience :-4-6 years
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid work model)
Duration: 6 months
Np- 15days to Immediate
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer specific business requirements for new features, aligned with agreed coding standards and existing object-oriented architecture of the Octane platform, using C++ standard. Development will be using 3rd part libraires, e.g., Boost
- The job includes maintenance and troubleshooting bugs in existing product.
- Work with QA team and PM for input for requirements and testing the output.
- Troubleshoot application problems and design issues.
- Part of the development will be up against Hardware Protocols, and will require Hardware (Pin Pad/Printer/Scanner etc.)
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor?s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information System or related technical degree
- At least 4 years of progressively responsible Server/Client programming experience
- At least 4 years of C++ programming experience
- Working experience with multithreads
- Experience with application troubleshooting with the help of logs, memory traces/dumps.
- Experience with design patterns & SOLID principles
- Strong collaboration skills
- Analyze, design and implement software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and re-usability.
Preferred/Good to Have
- Hands on experience with SQL Server/SQL
- Knowledge of Fuel POS systems
- Hands on experience with Postman
- Kubernetes (k8s, k3s)
- Azure Cloud
- Containers
- Hands on experience with refactoring
