      NAP Engineer

      Exp - 3 to 6years

      Np- 15days to Immediate




      Network Support Services ? NAP

       

      • Monitor the network proactively with tools like NNM and customized scripts
      • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as per template
      • Maintain static IP list and IP address schema for internal & external networks
      • Maintain VLAN details of CO/RO network
      • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and follow escalation matrix till closure of the calls.
      • Prepare and maintain inventory of all network devices.
      • Prepare and maintain inventory of all network links details.
      • All changes in the client environment should be done in coordination with client network team with proper approvals and change management process
      • Logging calls, Vendor co-ordination for WAN Links and Network hardware support with respective product vendors or suppliers and tracking till closure.
      • Resolution of all network related calls in time, to follow escalation matrix for delayed response form service providers.
      • Creating configuration jobs in customer provided tool to roll out mass changes across the network.
      • Coordinating with DC & DRC engineers in resolving network related issues of branches
