Role: Training Coordinator
Exp level: 3 to 5 Years
Work Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune
Np: 15days to Immediate
Description:
- The Training Coordinator will coordinate and execute training solutions and competency management related solutions, for identified areas and ensure fulfilment the needs of project teams.
Major Duties:
1.Coordinate with Engg team managers, internal training coordinators from projects, HR business partners and talent management team to support competency management related work (listing, mapping, assessment, IDP, learning etc), and also to identify & collate training needs
2.Coordinate with competency champions, capability development managers, SME’s, trainers and vendors to plan training-programs and learning-plans for individuals/teams
3.Coordinate the logistics for training programs eg. booking of training room, working with IT and admin team to ensure availability of training aids and resources for training program delivery
4.Coordinate and execute training program delivery, ensure right participation and utilization of the available learning opportunities.
5.Coordinate and execute training evaluation stages (Kirk Patrick levels: Reaction, Pre/Post assessment, delayed feedback etc) through collaboration with the above mentioned stake holders
6.Track the programs, record & maintain data, documents and prepare MIS reports per the process

Education: A Graduate (MBA/PGDBM etc desirable)
Experience: Min 3 years of relevant expertise in skills listed above
