MCE Assist person
Exp- 8 to 10years
Np- 15days to Immediate
Interface between Project planning team and plant team, to incorporate plant constraints while project planning, build execution and Handover.
Planning stage :
1. 1: Converging Project timeline v/s build capacity based on shop wise capacity assessment after discuss with SLM &Project planning , ONL. Ex: No. of cars to be built in each configuration.?
1.2 : Understand shop lead time, PME line modification schedule, impact of other models build complexity on new project planning, Take out the hardpoints discuss with MCE & figure out solutions.?
1.3 : Fix daily, weekly and milestones wise build schedule for each configuration. Based on this prepare build tetris plan for all shops
Build stage :
1.4 : Attend daily project planning meeting, understand the part availability status for each shop, with ONL
1. 5: Update the build plan accordingly for next day, also release plan to all shops. Manage the vehicle flow, so that no choking in WBS, PBS, EOL.?
1. 6: Feedback to MCE for any hardpoints and converge with SLM/PME for next actions?
Check plan v/s Actual:?
1.7 : Monitor shop wise plan v/s actual, after discuss with SLM. Understand reason for any gap. ?
1.8 : Attend daily Project RPO and present the overall build progress report to Project director.?
1.9 : Escalate the support/Hardpoints to project team.?
1.10 : Report out weekly preserial build plan v/s actual data to CPL & Finance for DL3 recovery ?
1.11 : Attend weekly Pre serial build planning & CPL meeting, report plan v/s Actual , accordingly update the current week plan to CPL , to converge on carry over parts.?
