Job Description:

ITIL Project management

Exp- 3 to 6years

Np- 15days to Immediate 

 

The Delivery Coordinators team - own the onboarding/delivery experience for the Project customers.

To own and implement the Delivery, call flow and Go Live implementation for Project customers as part of the standard delivery model. Multiple projects running concurrently with an element of risk management. Responsible for customer and stakeholder management, including setting and managing expectations and confirming elements of the delivery.
