Np- 15days to Immediate
For Voice hiring. (Customer Service Representative)
- Contract Duration - 6 months
- Interview rounds - CX Screening >> Versant (58 & above) >> CD >> Ops
- Location - Return to office (work from office mandatory) - therefore Bangalore based candidates ONLY.
- Shift time - Mandatory working in Night Shift (US / UK Shift)
- Working days - Rotational work week? (Should be flexible to work for 6 day a week as per business requirement)
- Fully vaccinated
- Education - Graduates & Undergraduates ( with International Voice Exp )
- Flexible to switch activities and roles internally within process and within the deal/project.
