E-Vehical Technician
Exp - 3 to 6years
Np- 15days to immediate
Must be certified person to work with High Voltage Process related to the e-Vehicles (Repair and re-work level is preferred) 2. Should have experience in analysis related to Electric vehicles Wiring layout, routing ,Diaognising. (>400V system)
3. Diagnosing Vehicles with help of Python & Garuda tools, IEMS software & New software
4. Responsible for Proper Routing of Wiring Harness as per Installation Drawing for All projects
5. Responsible for Wiring harness pin details and verifying the making connectors..
6. Co ordinate with Engineering partner to align with build requirements & performance validations
7 Should capable of Wiring harness routing document readiness along with designers for production vehicles
8. Solving and analysing Electrical failures for validation vehicle & giving input to Design team.
9. Take full responsibility of the safety perimeter to work in the HV system (>400V)
10. HV battery docking, removal, teardown analysis would be an added advantage
11. Support the lead for mule vehicles development in all new vehicle projects
12. Take responsibility on the fault diagnosis on the electrical perimeter and ensure the vehicle is up in mean time
