  • Job Description

    Release Management

    Exp- 7 to 15years

    Np- 15days to Immediate

    Release Management / Change Management JD

    • Required at least 8+ Years of experience as a Release Manager for large scale transformation programs
    • Experience in Go-live and cut-over execution for large scale transformation programs
    • Working knowledge in JIRA ALM
    • Responsible for all the Lower-Level Environment (LLE) issues in Business services.
    • Tracking changes to requirements and communicate impacts to immediate stakeholders
    • Ensuring items released in a parallel branch are merged and tested into this release as appropriate
    • Working with IT Ops and Environment team to make all types of environment stable in means of code upgrade and configurations.
    • Facilitate the Implementation and Deployments
    • Worked with product team to get understanding of Release process
    • Working with Dev team to help them in resolving the impediments to move forward.
    • Experience in Change Management process CAB/ServiceNow/RFC?s
    • Experience with Program wide integrated environment strategy and plan
    • Experience with managing Post go-live support organization readiness
    • Ability to interact with a cross functional teams across geographies
    • Facilitate, attend and distribute minutes for meetings
    • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas
    • clearly and concisely
    • Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Deliverables: Create Cutover Strategy and Plan, Post Go-Live Support Plan, Retrospective document/Plan, Implementation/deployment issue tracker
    • An approach and a plan to coordinate program wide environment readiness and
    • integration code deployments; release management; data migration
