Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have Skills : Red Hat OS Administration, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS Administration

Key Responsibilities :
A: Contributes to and supports the corporate Enterprise Container Strategy by Identifying ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
B: Manage the container platform ecosystem installation, upgrade, patching, monitoring
C: Assist in change management of container platform for new versions of OpenShift, Hotfixes, SysAdmin tasks, etc
D: Cluster capacity management and provisioning through automation of underlying hosts
Technical Experience :
A: Should have 4 to 6 years Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform
B: Expertise with Kubernetes
C: Expertise in RedHat Linux administration
D: Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies
E: Experience with AWS cloud PAAS/IAAS technologies
F: Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform
G: Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Ops
Professional Attributes :
A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
