Job Description

Payments Analyst

Exp - 2 to 5years

Np- 15days to Immediate


1- Would be responsible for end-to-end manual payments request processing and it's tracking. Includes below:

Upload payroll bank files (Salary disbursement) on bank portal for the countries that don?t have automated bank files.; Create Payment Templates & Payments on Bank portal (APAC/AMRS/EMEA)- basis request from Stakeholders; Track all manual payments and ensure timely debits, Track payroll H2H bank file acknowledgements and liase with payroll team, Monitor rejections & erros. ; Share payment disbursement proof with the requestor,

 

 

 

2-Coordinate with the banking partners and Stakehlolders (Payroll, Benefits, Treasury & Mobility teams) to ensure seamless delivery of BAU's

 

 

 

3- Stakeholder query management.

 

 

 

Skills:

Mandatory Basic/Advance Excel knowledge , Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT), Experience with HRMS ERP's (Workday, Oracle PS, SAP and equivalent), Experience with Banking portals, Finance ERP's (Concur, Oracle 11 and above  or equivalent);
