Roles and Responsibility

Responsibilities:

HR Payroll Analyst

Exp- 3 to 5years

Np- 15days to Immediate

  •    Manage payroll operations from input to payroll finalization.
  •    Responsible for handling Payroll Operations Social Insurance, Income Tax and Regulatory Filings for APAC countries (Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China).
  •   Statutory Reporting and Compliance.
  •    Independently manage the payroll vendor relations and internal stakeholder relations.
  •    Partner with finance in post payroll reconciliations.
  •    Review payroll queries and respond in timely manner.
  •    Handle payroll audits ? statutory and internal.    Support Payroll Transformation and Process Improvements and Projects.
  •    Support other ad-hoc but critical time bound payroll deliverables.

 

Skills:

 

  •     Familiarity with the Workday and preferably with experience in interfaces and integrations between Workday and 3rd party payroll systems.
  •     Mandatory Basic/Advance Excel knowledge , Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel )
  •     Attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
