Job Description
Job Title- Tibco EBX
Experience - 3-7 years
Location- Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
TIBCO EBX ||
- Technically competent in TIBCO EBX AWS cloud solution, EBX native REST APIs, Java, MDM, Data Models, Data Hierarchies and Views.
- Experience in handling real-time SOAP, REST, JMS, ESB technology, JAVA , APIs etc. & batch integration between MDM & other systems.
- Functionally knowledgeable in master data management, workflows, validation rules and policies.
- Provide application-level support, deployments for EBX Domains / Applications.
- Provide technical support, issue resolution and continuously monitor the system during operations hours.
- Support data synchronization and integration between TIBCO EBX cloud solution and on-premise applications like SAP ECC, SAP CRM, Sales Force (SFDC), Okta, Hana, Eloqua etc.
- Ensure the existing service levels for response, restore and resolution are met consistently.
- Cloud services management. Drive issue resolution with cloud vendor.
- Incident and Problem management. Drive end-to-end issue triaging and resolution.
- Troubleshoot, conduct root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions.
- Access Administration and Management.
- Security and Compliance Management. SSO setup, configure roles, users and security model to support data access requirements.
- Change and Release Management.
- System performance management, tuning and servers capacity planning.
- Application upgrade and testing of TIBCO EBX.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing.
- Application Compatibility testing for new browser, java, windows, MS office releases.
