Roles and Responsibility

  • Job Title: Workday Payroll & Reporting

    Experience Required: 3- 8 Years

    Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days (Max)

    Location: Hyderabad

     

    • Experience in working Critical incidents on WD Payroll and Core HCM Concepts.
    • Experience in resolving Payroll Issues, by analyzing and creating the calculation logics as per the business need.
    • Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including requirement gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Design and Testing
    • Participate in getting the Requirement gatherings for a new enhancement and proposing ideas to enhance the process.
    • Support deployment activities including involvement in implementation and hyper care related activities
    • Experience in Reporting (Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports) mainly on Payroll reporting.
    • Experience on compensation related topics for support incidents, Creating Eligibility rules, grid Mapping, Compensation statements using BIRT, compensation reports.
    • Experience in handling on all business process related issues, including configuring the documents by creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts and Dashboards
    • Experience on handling security issues
