    Accounts Receivable

    Skill - Order to Cash/ OTC/ O2C, Accounts Receivable/AR With Transition,

    Experience Required: 6 Years- 12 Years

    Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

    Location: Hyderabad

    Np- 15days to Immediate 


    All applicable for levels below

    • Bring in subject matter knowledge for any Finance process, Documents SOPs, reviews process documents to assess and draft "to-be" process state with opportunities for transformation
    • Leads Transition sessions with client and track activities against master transition plan to highlight any risks / issues periodically
    • Act as 1st level of escalation for any process transactions / issues
    • Liaise with the client for any queries / second level escalations
    • Focus on resolving process issues / inefficiencies in a sustainble manner with an innovative & continuous improvement mindset to reduce recurrence of issues and outperform on SLAs
    • Identify areas of standardization in team operations
    • Identify transformation opportunities (automation, standardization, elimination, AI, digitization) and support operational excellence initiatives by demonstrating process expertise and client systems knowledge
    • Coach, Trains, Mentors junior team members, reviews work of / supports junior team members for queries on daily tasks
    • Supports team leads with relevant information with respect to any queries/issues raised in governance forums
    • Undertake training on AI, RPA, GenAI, Finance Analytics to improve value add on projects
