Oracle OAF, ADF Interpret requirements and design solution that satisfy the customers needs and also satisfied the need for standardization, usability and maintainability of the different Agent facing applications.

Breakdown solution into components that could be assigned and tracked in pursue of a fast and cost effective solution.

Implement ADF Business Components / Web Services / Oracle Objects Calls that would provide the data access layer for the Agent Applications processes.

Implement the ADF View Controller components, including Tasks Flows, Beans and JSF pages that would allow the successful interaction between the agents and the applications.
